Ingredients
Wet Ingredients

Pumpkin Puree
fresh or canned

Eggs

Oil
safflower or vegetable

Water
Dry Ingredients
1 5/8

Flour
1 1/2

Sugar

Salt

Baking Soda

Cinnamon

Nutmeg
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350
Beat together the Wet Ingredients until smooth
Sift together all Dry Ingredients
Add Dry Ingredients to the Wet Ingredients and combine until smooth
Add any additional ingredients you may like. Raisins, Cranberries or Walnuts
Grease and flour a large bread pan. Add mixture to pan. Mixture should fill pan about 3/4 way full.
Place in oven for 1 1/4 hour or until top cracks and knife inserted comes clean.
Notes
Serve sliced with butter or cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
